Saco River Campout

By Liam Benjamin, First Class, Troop 12

  • Troop 12 and Troop 64 Saylesville drove up to On the Saco Family Campground in Maine in summer 2025.

  • We had great weather all weekend!

  • We went tubing on Friday night and canoed for 5 miles on Saturday.

  • We participated in multiple activities during this campout, including tubing, canoeing, swimming, playing games, cooking, and tent camping.

  • My favorite part of the trip was tubing down the Saco River!
